MUSCAT, 26 September 2016– Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, continue to successfully hosting 'Promising Sectors in Oman' evenings organised by Ithraa. 'Promising Sectors in Oman' is a series of events comprising dialogue and panel discussions aimed at helping better understand the challenges and opportunities of the business environment and key sectors in Oman such as, Tourism, Industrial, and Logistic sectors. One of the upcoming events will discuss the initiatives related to waste management and the most prominent challenges and opportunities of this sector in the Sultanate. The evenings will be attended by a number of officials in the public and private sectors, businessmen, entrepreneurs, and Bank Muscat officials and employees.
For the second year in a row, Bank Muscat partner with the General Authority for Investment Promotion and Export Development (Ithraa) to host all the evenings at bank Muscat Head Office at Airport Heights. Aiming to activate a real partnership between the public and private sector, the bank is always keen to support various events, seminars and conferences organized in the Sultanate in various fields and sectors.
During the past 34 years since its inception in 1982, Bank Muscat has been closely involved in the progressive march of the nation. In view of the prudent economic strategies pursued by the Sultanate, Bank Muscat anticipates considerable growth opportunities.
