MUSCAT, 27 September 2015 – Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, in line with its 'Let's Do More' vision and commitment to partnership in social responsibility, launched the annual Tadhamun programme to distribute basic electronic home appliances to social welfare families across the Sultanate.
The CSR initiative launched by the bank in association with the Ministry of Social Development has already benefited over 300 families. The initiative is a fine example of the public-private partnership launched by the bank to support weaker sections of society.
In the coming days, the Tadhamun programme will continue for beneficiaries from social welfare families identified by the Ministry of Social Development. The bank will distribute essential electronic home appliances, including air-conditioner, refrigerator, deep freezer, cooking range and television, for beneficiary families.
