MUSCAT, 26 July 2016 – Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, as part of its 'Let's Do More' vision and commitment to partnership and innovation, extended support to the 4th international conference on e-commerce, which started yesterday (Tuesday 26 July) in Salalah under the auspices of HE Sayyid Mohammed bin Sultan Al Busaidi, Minister of State and Governor of Dhofar.
The 2-day conference highlighting the importance of e-payment and its role in enhancing development and promoting e-commerce in the Sultanate and the Arab world is attended by dignitaries, experts, academics and specialists in the field of e-commerce. Hosted by Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the governorate of Dhofar, in collaboration with the Middle East Centre for Social Consultancies and Studies, the conference reviewed the Arab experience and explored new avenues in improving e-commerce in the region.
