MUSCAT, 25 September 2017 – Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, is all set to reward al Mazyona savings scheme customers with the biggest prizes in the year-end draw. The 2017 al Mazyona savings scheme offering a total prize money of RO 10 million has been rewarding and fulfilling the dreams of customers with high value prizes throughout the year.
Springing the biggest surprise, the focus of al Mazyona now shifts to the grand year-end prizes totaling RO 1.2 million, ranging from RO 100,000 to RO 250,000 to be won by six customers, including four asalah Priority Banking customers, who will receive RO 250,000 each.

With RO 10 million prize money guaranteeing more for everyone to share, the 2017 al Mazyona savings scheme is the biggest prize money in Oman and the region. In the coming months, a series of high value al Mazyona prize draws are lined up by the bank, including the quarterly draw offering RO 100,000 each for five asalah Priority banking customers, RO 50,000 each for four al Jawhar Privilege banking customers and RO 25,000 each for eight other customers across the Sultanate.
al Mazyona salary transfer scheme rewards winners with a fixed salary prize of RO 500 every month for a year. Bank Muscat is the first to introduce a prize scheme offering a fixed salary prize every month in Oman. All that customers need to do is transfer their salary of RO 500 and above to the bank. Fifteen customers are rewarded every month in the salary transfer scheme.
Adding excitement to festivals and national celebrations, the 2017 scheme rewards customers with special prizes. al Mazyona continues to be the only savings scheme to recognise and reward loyalty for customers based on their association with the bank.
An exclusive draw for Zeinah women customers coinciding with the Omani Women's Day in October is another highlight in which 10 customers will be rewarded with RO 10,000 each. On the occasion of the Sultanate's 47th National Day, a special draw will be held offering RO 2,000 each for 47 winners.
