Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, in step with its vision ‘To serve you better, everyday’ and commitment to partnership in promoting a strong savings culture in Oman, celebrated the al Mazyona salary prize draw at Manah.
The draw was held at the office of the Wali of Manah for those drawing salaries below RO1,000 in the presence of Al Sayyid Tariq Mahmood Ali Al Busaidi, Deputy Wali of Manah, and Hamdan Al Bimani, Regional Manager - South Dakhaliya, Bank Muscat. Ten lucky winners were chosen from the draw and will now receive a monthly salary prize of RO500 for the next 12 months.
Reaching out with a powerful call for savings, the 2019 al Mazyona savings scheme include high value prizes for different segments, including women, children, youth and high savings customers. For the fourth year in a row, al Mazyona offers RO 10 million total prize money to customers across the Sultanate. The bank has lined up the largest number of 4,437 high value prizes during the year, including monthly prizes totaling RO 550,000 to be shared by 370 winners, half yearly, end of year and mega prizes ranging from RO 10,000 to RO 250,000.

Notably, al Mazyona enhanced the salary transfer scheme to double the number of winners in 2019 with a fixed salary prize of RO 500 every month for a year. The scheme introduced prizes for a new segment of customers drawing salary above RO 1,000, in addition to customers drawing salary below RO 1,000. For eligibility, all that customers need to do is transfer their salary to the bank. In all, 20 customers are rewarded every month in the salary transfer scheme.
All customers who transfer their salary to Bank Muscat get a chance to win the salary prize every month for a year. While customers earn their salary only once a month, Bank Muscat offers them a chance to win an additional salary prize every month for a year.
