Bank Muscat named the Safest Bank in Oman

 Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate, has been ranked as the Safest Bank in Oman by Global Finance. The ranking was released by Global Finance as part of its rankings for the Safest Banks in 112 countries worldwide. The 29th annual list of ‘Safest Banks by Country’ was selected through an evaluation of long-term foreign currency ratings – from Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch – and the total assets of the 1000 largest banks worldwide.

Global Finance is read by decision makers across 191 countries including senior corporate and financial officers responsible for making investment and strategic decisions at multinational companies and financial institutions. The annual rankings of the World’s Safest Banks has been a recognised and trusted standard of financial counterparty safety for more than a quarter-century.
