The bank has also moved some of its employees to its business continuity centre in Ruwi as part of ensuring social distancing and BCP. As the situation continues to evolve, Bank Muscat is keeping a close watch and will be adjusting its operational plans accordingly.
It is important to note that everyone has a role to play in containing the spread of the virus. During this challenging time, Bank Muscat has encouraged all customers to use online and digital banking modes for their safety and wellbeing as well as ensuring business continuity.
