MUSCAT, 15 April 2015 – Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, is hosting a workshop on business modeling for entrepreneurs at the bank's head office on 22 April. The workshop is organised by al Wathbah, Bank Muscat's SME department, as part of activities aimed at expanding and strengthening avenues for SME development in Oman.
Expert trainers will lead the workshop for existing and prospective entrepreneurs to familiarise them with various aspects of running successful SME ventures. Topics to be covered include external and internal elements, including customer segment, value proposition, revenue stream, cost structure etc. which are integral for drawing up a successful business plan.
Bank Muscat regularly organises workshops and seminars to facilitate unique learning opportunities to address the challenges faced by entrepreneurs and thereby create an environment favourable for SME success.
