MUSCAT, 1 February 2013 – Meethaq, the pioneer of Islamic banking in Oman from Bank Muscat, is participating in the first real estate exhibition hosted by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Dhahirah region. The 3-day exhibition begins in Ibri on Sunday (3 February).
Meethaq will utilise the opportunity to introduce its new Islamic banking products and services, including home finance, auto finance and savings account.
Bank Muscat is the first commercial bank in Oman to receive CBO's approval and begin independent Islamic banking window operations as per the requirements of Islamic banking regulatory framework of CBO.
