MUSCAT, 28 July 2012 – BankMuscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate, continues to attract a large number of visitors through its month-long celebrations to mark the Holy Month of Ramadhan. The 2nd 'Layali Al Khair' (Ramadhan Evenings) hosted at BankMuscat head office is a success and continues to receive wide media coverage.

A highlight of Layali Al Khair, 'Ala Al Suhoor', the Oman TV Show that includes daily live telecast from the Bank's head office, featuring lively discussions on different subjects with pre-invited audience/guests, including VIPs and cookery demonstrations by popular chefs, continues successfully."
The successfully organized "Kids village" at the Head Office witnessed a huge response. The kids were treated to fun games, activities and gifts.
In discharging its social responsibilities, BankMuscat, over the coming days, plans to hold a women's exhibition at the Head Office as part of Ramadhan Evenings. The Zeinah Department that caters exclusive products and services to Women, will host a market for sale and purchase of Omani products. The exhibition will support and encourage women who earn a living through home based business activities. The exhibition will be open to public for 2 days.
The Bank hosted a special programme for Al Wisal radio channel, which discussed the 42nd Renaissance day celebrations in Oman.
Continuing to support charitable causes BankMuscat will organize a cookery competition on 2nd August, 2012 at its head office. The proceeds of the event will go to a local charity.
