ELECTRONIC CHANNELS

BankMuscat electronic channels allow customers to access their accounts and perform various financial transactions. These channels include Automated Teller Machines (ATM), Call Center, Cash Deposit Machines (CDM), Internet, and Mobile Banking.

CALL CENTER
Your convenience to conduct banking activities any where and anytime via a 24 hr user-friendly automated service menu or a personal bankers from 0700 to 2300 hrs. Our toll free number – 800 795555. * For Overseas Callers, please call +968 24795555.

ONLINE BANKING
This service is provided through the Internet. Customers can perform financial services and access their accounts from anywhere in the world by logging on to www.bankmuscatonline.com.

AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATM)
Access you account round the clock. The only bank in Oman with the largest and most spread ATM network. The Bank’s ATMs are located in commercial and residential areas, petrol filling stations, airports, and other places, which are conveniently accessible.

CASH DEPOSIT MACHINES (CDM)
A deposit machine, accepts cash, and counts the notes, gives you access for depositing cash in your account or any other customer account in Bank Muscat. Non Bank Muscat customers can use this channel to pay their utility bills and Mobiles Top ups. Deposit your cash the safe and easy way.

MOBILE BANKING
This channel allows you to avail various information and services on your mobile handset and is divided into alert facility, which keeps you updated on transaction in your account and Request facility. Do banking on the move by keying in the specific banking activity and SMS it to 90090.
