Prizes:
There will be one winner of RO 20,000/-
and 6 winners of RO 2,000/- every
fortnight. In addition, there will be one
winner of RO 150,000/- every quarter, for
the quarter ending June 2004, September
2004 and December 2004.
Eligibility & Conditions:
Savings Account Holders of BankMuscat:
1. Savings Account holders of BankMuscat
are automatically included in all the
weekly draws, provided they have a minimum
balance of RO 100/- in their Savings
Account during the two weeks preceding the
draw. Every additional RO 100/- deposited
in the savings account gives the account
holder an extra chance to win.
2. Savings Account holders of BankMuscat
are automatically included in all the
quarterly draws, provided they have a
monthly average balance of RO 3,000/- in
their Savings Account during the quarter
preceding the draw. The higher the
balance, and longer the balance is
maintained in the account, the greater the
chances to win the prizes.
3. Certificates of up to RO 3,000/- are
eligible for the RO 20,000/- and RO
2,000/- prizes. Certificates of RO 3,000/-
and above are eligible for all the prizes
including the RO 150,000/- prize.
4. Interest-bearing Savings Account
holders are not eligible to participate in
any of the prize draws.
Other Conditions:
1. The winner's name and details will be
advertised in all leading newspapers and
on the Bank's website.
2. The winner will forfeit the monetary
prize if not claimed within six months of
announcement.
3. The Bank is not responsible for any
loss in transit of application forms,
payment instructions, Certificates or any
other documents.
4. Civil courts of the Sultanate of Oman
shall have exclusive jurisdiction to
resolve any dispute arising out of the
above transactions.
5. The staff of BankMuscat, Management and
Directors and their family, i.e. spouse
and children are not eligible to
participate in the BankMuscat Al Mazyona
Big Gift Prize Scheme.
6. The Bank reserves the right to
introduce any changes at any time.
