BankMuscat holds Annual Staff Party at the Inter Continental

The annual party for all staff members of BankMuscat’s main offices and branches was held on Thursday, April 4, 2002 in the Muscat Intercontinental Hotel. The party is a traditional platform where all the bank’s nationwide staff members and their families get together in a function that reflects and promotes the family spirit among the leading bank’s staff. During the party, some employees who completed 20 years of services were honored for their long-service and dedication to the Bank.

Beside the Bank’s CEO, Abdulrazak Ali Issa, many senior figures of the executive management including Deputy CEO Sunder George and the General Manager-Banking Ahmed Mohammed Al Abri were present. Abdulrazak Ali Issa welcomed the audience and showered praise on the staff’s performance, their dedication and distinguished services they give to the bank’s broad-based customers.

During the gathering, a new internal campaign for the bank named “No. 1 by Far” was unveiled. The campaign aims for further enhance both the customer services as well as the employees’ skilled and demonstrate the bright side of the bank.

Abdulrazak also welcomed the direct sales unit staff and encourages all the bank’s employees to continue their hard work by putting more effort into maintaining the bank’s leadership position in the country. The CEO capped his speech by stressing that the bank ought to continue to deliver its core message as the number one banking organization in the Sultanate in terms of various areas, mainly the customer service.

For the first time in such parties, a remarkable leaser show electrified the audience who watched the names of honored employees and the customer care objectives in both Arabic & English. Further, a customer care objectives booklet was distributed.

The banks’ staff expressed their delight for this annual joyful party during which they get to interact and meet with their branches’ counterparts. The party is also another social opportunity to get face to face with the senior management. The employees gave high praise to the Executive Management for their support and efforts to enhance the family sense within the bank’s inner circle.

A draw was conducted and a lot of valuable prizes were given to some lucky employees. At the end of the party, Saad Musa Al Jenaibi, Deputy General Manager-Retail Banking, thanked the CEO and the audience and expressed his gratitude to all the staff and called on them to further enhanced the services the render to the Bank’s customers.
