Sultan ben Shaikhan Al Rashdi wins R.O. 20,000 from BankMuscat

Sultan Al Rashdi hails from Sima village in Izki. He does not even have a telephone in his house, so the Branch Manager paid him a surprise visit in order to give him the good news. Married with five kids, Sultan Al Rashdi joined BankMuscat three years ago. As with many other winners, he has never won anything before but this big win has made up for all that!

Sultan couldn’t believe his ears when Mahmoud bin Bashir Al Amri, the manager of Izki branch, knocked on his door, surprising him with the good news. "It was a long drive to reach the village, since Sultan doesn’t have telephone at home" the branch manager explained, "but seeing the delight on his face was worth it!"

The news of Sultan’s win quickly spread all across the village, with everyone joining the celebration. This winner is quite clear on how to spend his money. He will help his 2 sons to get married and donate a certain amount to the needy.

The regional manager of Dakhiliya and Wusta regions Mr. Abdullah bin Saif Al Mahroogy, in the presence of the Izki Branch Manager, gave the cheque to Sultan Al Rashdi. He thanked BankMuscat for making his dreams come true and wished that many more people should benefit from the Big Gift Scheme.
