Grand Winner of BankMuscat’s Visa/DSF Holiday Promo

The wait is over. The exciting month of most recent card Promotion held jointly with Visa/DSF in the Month of January 2002, has finally culminated in the Prize of the Emirates Holiday Package with exciting prizes of air tickets, hotel stay and free shopping, all during the frenzied, month-long Dubai Shopping Festival, this March.

The winner is Mr. S. Balakrishna. He was handed over the Emirates Holiday voucher, by Mr. Ali Amin Ramadhan, AGM (Retail Operations), BankMuscat. Expressing his delight at the outcome and the extent of participation, Mr. Ali Amin congratulated the luck winner and thanked all the Credit Cardholders for their enthusiastic participation.

The current promo had fabulous prizes, both from Emirates holidays and from BankMuscat, for the whole family such as 4 Returns Tickets from Muscat to Dubai, 3 nights’ accommodation at the J.W. Marriot or Renaissance Hotel in Dubai, To and fro airport transfers, sightseeing tours in Dubai, plus US$ 1000 spending money and much more specially geared for this year’s Dubai Shopping Festival.

Like the other promos held from time to time, this year’s promo too has been a thumping success, claims Mr. Girish Salian, Head -– Card Services. The promo required the Cardholder to make at least 4 transactions on his BankMuscat Visa Card during the month of January to be eligible for the draw. Besides, Emirates Holidays’ fabulous prizes from BankMuscat as well.

Besides this, there were several extra chances that increased the participating Cardholder’s chances of winning by scratching the panel of the Emirates contest folder. Thus, the more one spent with his/her BankMuscat Visa card, the greater would be his or her chances of being a winner.

This DSF extravaganza caused a major wave of excitement among BankMuscat’s Visa Credit Cardholders.
