BankMuscat Announces September Winner ‎
 of MasterCard Travel Promotion

Muscat, October 2003: In a glittering ceremony held at the Marina Gulf Trading Company ‎Showroom at the Muscat City Centre, BankMuscat announced Sameer Ahmed, as the lucky ‎winner of the USD 500/- MasterCard Travel Promotion for the month of September.‎

When asked about the promotion scheme and its objectives, Tariq Atiq, deputy head --card ‎services at BankMuscat, said:‎

‎The MasterCard Travel Promotion has so far received an overwhelming response. ‎The promotion is unique in the sense that it seeks to engage and educate the ‎customer, merchant and the floor staff at the merchant outlet, all of which are key ‎objectives of MasterCard International.

The promotion, which runs started in June this year, continues till the end of October. ‎Mohammed Shuaib, was also declared the winner of the promotion for the month of August, at a ‎function organized at the Al Felaij Watches showroom at Muscat City Centre, recently. ‎
