Centre?

Call Centre is a telephone banking service that gives information about your account from anywhere, at any time. It also allows you to make certain requests on the phone regarding your accounts. It also provides you with information about other products and services of the bank.

How do I apply for this service?
|
| BankMuscat will provide a 4-digit Telephone Personal Identification Number
(T- PIN) and will activate it on receiving your signed consent form. You can change your TIN to any other 4-digit number, at any time.

How do I access the account?
|
| You could access your account details anytime from anywhere by just dialing
(+968) 2479 5555 and you could process your inquiries or transactions over phone. The automated service is available 24 hours a day and the personalized service is available between 7.00 am and
11.00 pm.

How to use the Call Centre facility?
|
- You just need to dial
(+968) 2479 5555
- Choose the language of your choice.
- Input your 8 digit account number, followed by your T -PIN
.
- Your account balance is read out to you automatically by the system.
- You could choose other options to avail of other services (listed in the section. )
