What is PIN change facility?
|

When the bank issues a PIN an
unique 4 digit number is given
to you. By using this PIN and
your ATM card you can change the
PIN to any 4 digit number
convenient to you. This facility
offers you convenience as well
as additional security. You can
choose a PIN, which you can
easily remember and nobody
(including the bank) except you,
will be aware of this number. |

What
should I do if I lose my card?
|
|
If you have registered for our
Call Center or Online
banking facility there is a
provision for you to report loss
of your cards. Otherwise you can
report a lost card between
7 AM and 11 PM on (+968)
2479 5555 and follow
it up with a written complaint. |

Can the ATM dispense other currencies?
|
|
Currently there is a facility to draw AED from two ATMs.
One at the Airport and one at Buraimi.
