How do I open a Savings Certificate at BankMuscat?

You can open a Savings Certificate at any of the branches by paying cash or depositing a cheque. Alternatively, if you already hold a Savings or Current account with BankMuscat, you can ask the branch to debit the requisite amount from the account to issue you a Savings Certificate.

How much money do I need to deposit to open a Savings Certificate ?

You can obtain a Savings Certificate for a minimum of RO 100.

When can I encash my Savings Certificate?

You can encash your Savings Certificate anytime at your branch without any charges whatsoever.
