Objectives of the Job
-
Lead the Bank’s Corporate Finance
team that is involved in corporate
advisory, capital market offerings,
private placements, M&A, etc.
-
Marketing of Corporate finance
services and developing client
relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Business development including
development of pitch strategy,
preparation of pitch documents, etc.
-
Analyse and understand the business
of the client including his
objectives for the transaction
-
Preparation of strategy report on
the basis of client’s objectives of
raising finance and market
realities.
-
Lead on drafting issue documentation
such as Prospectus, Information
Memorandum, etc.
-
Interaction with regulatory agencies
such as Capital Market Authority,
Stock Exchange and other advisors
such as legal, accounting,
technical, etc.
-
Lead on marketing the transaction
including preparation of
presentations, marketing material,
etc.
-
Lead on Financial modeling
-
Lead on Negotiations.
-
Organise and lead the team on
transactions.
The Person
-
Master of Business Administration
(MBA)/Chartered Financial Analyst or
Chartered Accountant/Equivalent
Qualifications
-
Ability to work under tight
deadlines in a competitive
environment
-
Excellent oral and written
communication skills.
-
Post-qualification experience of
around 10 years of which at least
five years must have been in a core
advisory function with an investment
bank or a consulting firm.
-
Excellent financial modeling and
documentation skills.
-
Experience in independently leading
and managing complex transactions is
a pre-requisite for this position.
The Bank currently has positions in
Muscat and Riyadh.

mandates.
Duties and Responsibilities

Financial modeling

Preparation of strategy report on
the basis of client’s objectives of
raising finance and market
realities.

Prospectus, Information Memorandum,
etc.

The Person

is preferable.
