Pasquale Diana joined JPMorgan in September 2000 after
completion of a BSc and an MSc in Economics at the
London School of Economics. Prior to joining JPMorgan he
completed an internship at San Paolo Equity Desk in
London in June 1998 and worked as a class teacher at
university in 1999-2000. After working for a year as an
analyst in Capital Markets, he moved to the Economic
Research Department in London.
Within the Economics Department, Pasquale has covered a
variety of Western European countries, including Italy,
Spain, Sweden, and Norway. In addition, he is
responsible for some region-wide issues, such as
analysis of Euro area fiscal policy issues and political
events. Starting in May 2005, Pasquale will take on a
new responsibility, beginning coverage of Emerging
Europe.
He writes weekly in the Global Data Watch (JPMorgan's
flagship publication), and has presented JPMorgan's
global economic view to clients in various conferences
around Europe and the Middle East.
