The mission of the International Operations group is to realize BankMuscat’s ambition to become a distinguished regional bank. The International expansion strategy of the bank aims at expanding geographically to complement our strong presence in Oman and to diversify our risk

At present, our international operations consist of a branch in Riyadh (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia), a branch in Kuwait, a Representative Office in Dubai (UAE) and strategic stakes of 49% in BMI Bank (Bahrain) and 35% in Silkbank Limited(Pakistan). In addition, we own 43% in Mangal Keshav Holdings, a leading broking house in India, as well as 97% in Muscat Securities House, a newly created brokerage and investment banking entity in Saudi Arabia.
