The Bank offers its customers housing loan branded, "Baituna - Home Finance"
Baituna which can be availed from all the branches of the Bank spread across Oman

▪ baituna Classic Home Finance
▪ baituna Plus Home Finance

Baituna will be available for purchase and construction of new homes, purchases of second homes or retirement homes and for purchase of land for residential use at select locations.

Financing will be offered primarily to Omani nationals, though baituna products also provide financing options for GCC nationals and expatriates, who wish to seek housing finance for properties in Oman.

The Bank will also provide refinancing options to customers with existing housing loans from other organizations.
