Report a Suspicious e-mail 

Fraudsters generally send e-mails to customers of various banks asking them to update confidential account information like their PINs, debit/credit card numbers, Online Banking User ID and Passwords, etc. by clicking on an e-mail link or by visiting a website. 

Please note:

• BankMuscat does not seek such information from its customers in any online communication. Hence please do not part with this information. If you receive any such suspicious emails, please report to ebanking@bankmuscat.com
• Delete suspicious e-mails without opening them. If you happen to open them, then don’t click on any links or attachments.
• If you have provided any such information, kindly change your passwords immediately and call us on 2479 5555.
