structured into business-focussed teams. These dedicated teams have highly qualified and experienced Relationship Managers/Officers. Each business customer/group has a Relationship Manager who takes cares of its overall banking requirements. This enables
the Bank to focus on issues unique to each Customer/Group and the
bank business sector they are operating in.
The
Bank's Account Relationship Managers are dedicated, knowledgeable professionals who are well trained in their area of specialization and they ensure that each Corporate customer receives personalized
attention.
The Account Relationship Manager is the customer's main point of contact, no matter however diverse the
customers' requirements are. The Account Relationship Manager is responsible for getting to know the customer personally, understand the business requirements and the conditions under which a particular industry sector is operating,
this is to ensure that the customer's banking needs are being anticipated and met,
with always.
