In case you have forgotten your Internet Banking user id or password, you can request for the same by writing to us at bmonline@bankmuscat.com mentioning your full name and account number.

We will send you your userid on the email address which you have registered with the Bank.

A new password will also be generated which you can collect from your home branch after 5 working days.
